Personal Teaching Philosophy
This assessment task reflects on learnings throughout the semester within the Pedagogy for Positive Learning 102082 subject co-ordinated by Dr Roberto Parada, as well as the Masters of Teaching Secondary content thus far. The assessment is attached below with an initial Personal Teaching Philosophy (1000 words) based on research and reflection from the unit and the broader scope of pedagogical learning. The paper addresses personal development in managing student behaviours and creating positive learning environments, contributing to my final Teaching Philosophy.
